Nerve Balm

Our Nerve Balm is a focused botanical balm created for areas that feel reactive, overstimulated, or in need of steady, comforting support. This formula brings together traditional plant allies that have long been used in herbalism to support the nervous system at the surface of the body and the tissues that surround it.

We begin with extra virgin olive oil and camelina oil as the foundation, slowly infused with whole botanicals including St. John’s wort, plantain leaf, poke root, arnica, and comfrey. These herbs are traditionally valued for their relationship with nerves, connective tissue, and recovery after strain or impact. The oils are thickened with beeswax to create a protective balm that warms on contact and absorbs gradually, allowing the botanicals time to interact with the skin.

Gently warming botanicals such as cayenne, ginger, and turmeric CO₂ are included to support circulation and movement in areas that feel stagnant or uncomfortable. Vitamin E and rosemary CO₂ help preserve the integrity of the oils while complementing the herbal infusion without overwhelming the skin.

The finished balm has a smooth, salve-like texture and a natural warming sensation that builds slowly with massage.
