I first heard about MoonMaid through Barbara O’Neill’s recommendation and initially reached out on Amazon, where I received a very kind reply. However, since I’m in the midst of menopause, I felt the need to have a conversation. Aaron returned my call and took the time to explain how the product works, its benefits, and the best way to use it—all while giving me the best price possible.
When my order arrived today (2/27/25), I was eager to start using it. Needing some reassurance and a refresher on how to apply it, I reached out to MoonMaid again, and once again, Aaron was there to help. For the second time, he patiently walked me through how to use Vital V and ProMeno, ensuring I felt completely confident.

On top of the outstanding customer service, I was also impressed by how quickly my products arrived and how well-packaged they were.
This goes beyond customer service. Aaron even invited me to follow up with feedback after using the products and assured me that if I ever needed support, I could call anytime. He also mentioned that if I preferred to speak with a woman, his wife would be happy to help. That level of care is rare!
Even if this product doesn’t end up being the solution for me (though I truly believe it will—I’m praying it does!), the customer service alone has made this experience incredibly rewarding. Aaron’s kindness and integrity reflect his Christian values, and that means a lot.

This has truly made such a difference in the dryness and itching! As soon as I saw the Comfrey in the ingredients list I knew I needed to try it! Comfrey is a wonderfully healing herb. There's only 1 thing I don't like about this and that's the fact that no matter how carefully I apply it, it still stains my underwear. And I haven't found a great way to avoid it or remove the stains. However I'm much more comfortable down there so it's a small inconvenience.

If you don't already have Lover's Lube, Vital V can be something you grab for during moments of intimacy. Not to be used with latex condoms but ok with lambskin or nitrile.

I was using Beswecken Ostaderm-V for a number of months and then switched to your product I was a little taken aback when your Wild Yam small jar arrived with so little information. However, it was a trusted doctor friend who suggested that I try it and I am applying it am and pm. I am now getting up only once at night (most nights) and I am so grateful! I am glad that you use beeswax amongst all the other delicious ingredients. I am 81 and on a very tight budget, so the price plus shipping is very high for me. This is my second batch but I am adding this to my never be without list from here on out. I didn't really know what this product was for but let me give it to you straight. Sex has been painful for me for years! years! I always just used KY thinking there was a dryness problem but no matter how much KY I used it was still painful. I then started hearing about thinning skin as you age and I clued into the fact that more was happening down there. Actually my pelvic floor PT recommended it for me for bladder problems but as soon as I started using it I noticed that sex actually felt good - good! This salve works as described. It give a soothing, moisturizing affect immediately. I use it after baths, swimming, and other 'activities' that can cause irritation. Recently, I've started to apply before activities and it works like a dream to prevent irritation as well. Must have for my medicine cabinet.
