Still in my first 30 days, but already my sleep has improved !

Not sure anyone told you, but with 'the change' comes high levels of anxiety. And if someone told you, quit bragging. Noone likes a bragger. As I was saying, anxiety levels go up. This has had a huge impact on making me feel less anxiety. I took a month break from using it, anxiety crept back in. After 2 weeks back on it, I was feeling human again. I'm not a doctor, but I played one once, with my husband. So, I feel like an expert. Hope you get the relief I did. From the wild yam cream.

I purchased this product May 8, 2024. I started using twice a day in the same spot. I researched and researched. It’s all natural. I now have moved to using it once at night in the same spot. I waited like six weeks to do that .I even was able to speak to someone at this company. Which I was told, I could use the same spot and recommend it twice a day for a period of time and then moved to once a day to see how I was doing. They’ve been in business many years gave me lots of information. but let me tell you , the game changer for me was I was so depressed bad anxiety, not sleeping,bloated, very short fused ! joints hurting. …. but I would say about two weeks in. I really started feeling overall good again. did not even remember what that felt like !!! I never had hot flashes and I am grateful for that but what I experienced was, I would get real cold like I was feeling feverish, and then I would sweat. I didn’t even know that was part of menopause, but when my body started hurting all over my joints, I was could not understand. I felt literally felt like I was falling apart. I am 64 years of age. I had a complete hysterectomy in 2018. I tried the hormones that they made to fit my body, which all that did was make me put on a lot of weight and I really could not feel a change in my body , I’ve tried things over the counter. I’ve just taken a pill but this right here , I just don’t see myself going without it whatsoever !! and the other cream for dryness is fabulous. I would recommend this. There was another company and I won’t mention name. It took months to get one jar and I did not want to go that route within a week I had this at my home and I am truly grateful for this company and I was not paid to do this or this review. I am so happy with Moonmaid Wild Yam Meno cream. I'd been hearing about wild yam cream but I didn't want to have to wait for a more well-known brand from Australia. A friend of mine told me about this brand so I thought I would give it a try. I had been dealing with more aches and pains post-menopause including gluteal tendinopathy. After a month using the cream, I feel so much better! I have experienced such a relief from the pain, and I will absolutely buy this product again!

No change of any kind

This cream works!!! It stops my hot flashes within a matter of minutes, and it smells good. I will not be without it!

Since the 2nd night of using this 2x a day on my wrists the hot flashes have completely disappeared! I would get about 7-10 a night and 4 or 5 during the day. It's been a little over a month and have had zero hot flashes!!! As long as this stiff continues to work I will be a faithful customer!

This cream is a dream! It is so rich and soothing with a very mild scent. I swear my face glows when I put it on!

I've been using the women's promeno for a couple of months now and I still love it. I forgot to use it for several times one week and the unwelcomed hair on my upper lip scared to "sprout" again. I became consistent with it again and promptly stopped again. The ONLY thing not positive I could say about this product is that I'm not a fan of the new black jar it's in. The lid does close tightly still but if you turn it just a little too much it spins and you need to start over. It's not a big deal. I just preferred the old jar.

I wasn't sleeping very well! Body temperature a problem! Started with the wild yam after a friend told me it might help! MoodMaiden is not far from my place in the Mountains so I got some there! I've been using it as a face cream and the sleeping problem is gone!

Hi! The cream is good, positive thing is that my menopausal symptoms diminished within first month of use. From the negative I have to mention that I did not like the smell, and the smell does not disappear during the day. So I had to apply far away from the face. So, would be nice if the smell could be improved like to the citrus if some kind . Thank you!

it seems to be making the intensity of night sweats far less in just the first few weeks

This cream has helped slow down my periods. I am in perimenopause, have had my tubes tied, and I was bleeding so bad that I was anemic and had to have an IUD inserted. The IUD was found hanging out my cervix 11 months later. I didn't want to chance another IUD issue, so I decided to try wild yam to control the bleeding. I am an 8 month user and I no longer have extreme bleeding. It has saved me from getting a hysterectomy. It works!

I love this wild yam cream, which I use on my face twice each day. The cream has a clean, delicious herbal fragrance and a silky texture that's really pleasant. I wanted to wait until I had used the product for a month to give an honest review. This last menstrual cycle was different than all the ones I have had over the last year. It was mild, no cramping, less blood clots and not heavy at all. I haven't had one like that for a really long time that was just mild and normal. I have also noticed my libido is better than it has been. I know that every body is different and I wanted to be sure I could give an honest review on how my body reacted. I bought this cream back in October of 2023, and wanted to wait until I had been using it consistently for about 6 months before giving my review. For reference, I am about 30 years old, and a mother of two. I was diagnosed with PCOS at 19 due to not having a period for over 9 months. Up until age 28, I was on multiple different forms of birth control that was supposed to control my symptoms. After major health issues during my pregnancies (HELLP Syndrome and Preeclampsia respectively), I decided to have a tubal ligation. I was told this would relieve my PCOS symptoms. It did not. My hairline was thinning, my periods were irregular, and I was an emotional mess. I was also having trouble sleeping. After watching a Barbara O'Neill video that talked about using wild yam cream, I decided that this couldn't hurt. I soon discovered that MoonMaid Botanicals was a local source for me, so I contacted customer support with multiple questions (regarding dosage instructions, etc.). They were so courteous and knowledgeable! I took the plunge and ordered a jar of the ProMeno. For the first month, I noticed no changes at all... Except that my period didn't seem as heavy. Month two, still not any noticeable changes, except that I felt a little less anxious. But, slowly, my period has become regular (I can actually time it to the day!!!), my flow has greatly reduced (much less clotting), and my cramps are virtually nonexistent. I am no longer constantly anxious, and have less days where I just want to sit and cry or days where I am just aggravated at my husband and kids for seemingly no reason. My hairline is also starting to fill out. I attribute all of these changes to the use of the ProMeno cream. This is not by any means a quick-fix product, but it is absolutely, without a doubt, 100% worth it to me. I plan on using this for the rest of my life.

I have been using wild yam cream for nearly two years for PMS symptoms. I recently switched to this brand from Anna’s Wild Yam Cream and have noticed similar benefits. This cream does wonders to prevent painful periods.

I tried ProMeno in the past and was very pleased with the results-hot flashes diminished, less bloating but unfortunately I tried another brand when I ran out of ProMeno. My symptoms returned. Ugh! I reordered ProMeno and within 3 days the hot flashes and bloating have improved greatly.

I've been using this cream for a few months now, and it seems to be working. A pea-sized amount, on my chest, once a day (right before I go to bed) keeps the meno symptoms at bay. It smells nice, too.

A lifesaver for hot flashes

I can't begin to tell the difference this cream has made. I've gone from waking up in a complete soggy melting mess to a peaceful night's sleep.
